What we collect and why

The enquiry form sends nothing by itself: it opens your own email program with a message ready for you to send. The website stores none of your data. When you send the message, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you write. We use this only to answer your enquiry and to arrange your stay.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses in short-lived logs for security and to deliver the pages. Cloudflare also records anonymous visit statistics on the site (Cloudflare Web Analytics): which pages are opened, how fast they load, the browser type and the country. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and builds no visitor profiles.

What this website does not use

• cookies
• ads or advertising trackers
• external fonts or maps: the fonts are served from our own server, and the Google Maps link only opens when you click it

How long we keep your data

We keep your enquiry email as long as we need it to reply and for your stay. Invoicing data is kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and to have it corrected, deleted or restricted, to object to its use and to data portability. To use any of these rights, write to info@apartma-gorjan.si. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
